Re-watching a game in which your team turned in arguably its ugliest performance of the season is no one’s idea of a good time.
But Arizona Wildcats coach Rich Rodriguez said reviewing game film from Saturday’s 17-7 loss at UCLA was an essential step for UA (6-2, 3-2 Pac-12) in terms of correcting mistakes and preparing for the final third of the season schedule.
“Yesterday wasn’t a lot of fun for us. It wasn’t fun to watch the film and it wasn’t fun to talk about it,” Rodriguez told Doug and Wolf on Arizona Sports 98.7 FM Monday. “But I think you’ve got to because you’ve got to learn from it — all of us in the program — and then put it behind us and move on to the next one.
