After surviving a close game with No. 9 Gonzaga, the Arizona Wildcats remain No. 3 in both NCAA men’s basketball polls.
Arizona is ranked behind Kentucky and Duke, who jumped up from No. 4 after defeating Wisconsin last Wednesday.
Both Arizona and Duke received a first-place vote in the Coaches Poll, while Kentucky was the unanimous No. 1 in the AP Poll.
The Washington Huskies (No. 17) became the third Pac-12 team to be ranked this week after beating San Diego State. Utah moved up to No. 13 from No. 25 with their overtime win over Wichita State.
California received votes for both polls, while UCLA received votes in the Coaches Poll.
This week, the Wildcats face two teams of Wolverines: Utah Valley on Tuesday, followed by Michigan — who dropped from the top 25 following their loss to New Jersey Institute of Technology — on Saturday. Both games are at home.
