Arizona’s Stanley Johnson named to USA U18 team

Incoming Arizona freshman basketball player Stanley Johnson has been named to the USA Men’s U18 National Team.
The team will compete in the FIBA Americas U18 Championship late June in Colorado Springs.
Johnson will be playing for the team that features his future college coach, Sean Miller, as an assistant.
This will not be Johnson’s first foray into USA Basketball, as he will be in search of his third gold medal. He earned the first one in 2011 at the FIBA Americas U16 Championships and the second in 2012 at the FIBA U17 World Championship.
