Washington Wizards guard Gilbert Arenas' latest escapade took place Tuesday, when coach Flip Saunders announced before a preseason game against the Atlanta Hawks that Arenas would miss the contest with a sore left knee. But Arenas revealed after the Wizards' 107-92 victory that he pretended to have a bum knee to give teammate Nick Young a chance to start.
Arenas also announced that he will be changing his nickname from "Agent Zero" to "Agent Zero Chance in Hell of Finishing the Season With the Wizards"

David Pearson finally received his spot in the NASCAR Hall of Fame on Wednesday, earning the most votes a year after the 105-race winner was surprisingly excluded from the inaugural class
The NASCAR Hall of Fame is unique, in that it is the only HOF with a Wal-Mart attached

A.J. Burnett hit two batters and threw a wild pitch in a practice game, his first outing against live hitters since an Oct. 2 start against the Boston Red Sox.
