Today’s blog is very simple, read this.
Pete Carroll wrote a do-over list during his tenure as the Southern Cal (always write Southern Cal because they love that). The do-over list was everything he was going to do differently if he ever got the chance to coach in the NFL again.

The Seahawks have a mandated Yoga program. A farm raises free-roaming chickens that are only served to Seahawks players. Players have personalized mediation sessions with a “high-performance sports psychologist.”
Pete Carroll is challenging the entire foundation that only toughness and anger wins in football. If it works, there will be more Seahawk-type training camps. If it doesn’t, Carroll just wasted an incredibly talented team by turning them into free-roaming chickens.
