What does a 38-20 win over Colorado do for you?
It helps you move up in the rankings.
The Arizona Wildcats knocked off the Buffaloes Saturday in Tucson, and now the 7-2 (4-2 in Pac-12) team is 14th in the College Football Playoff rankings. The Wildcats were 19th last week.
Arizona’s next game is at home Saturday against Washington (6-4, 2-4), and they’ll follow that matchup with a trip to Utah to face the Utes.
Of course, the final Pac-12 game will see the Wildcats host sixth-ranked Arizona State (8-1, 5-1) for the Territorial Cup. Depending on how each team fares over the next two weeks, the game could decide the Pac-12 South.
