Junior college quarterback Jesse Scroggins, who spent the 2010 and 2011 seasons at USC, has signed a letter of intent to play for the Arizona Wildcats.
Scroggins left the Trojans prior to the 2012 season, transferring to El Camino College. Scroggins threw for 1,148 yards and eight touchdowns at the junior college.
Scroggins can both run and throw, and was ranked the sixth-best quarterback in the 2010 recruiting class by Scout.com. He threw 35 touchdowns against just five interceptions his senior year of high school.
