The Arizona Coyotes will be holding an intrasquad benefit game for the 100 Club of Arizona on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Gila River Arena.
Tickets are $5 and all proceeds go to the 100 Club of Arizona, which provides support for police officers, firefighters, paramedics and their families.
Tickets can be purchased at the arena’s box office or on ArizonaCoyotes.com. Parking is free.
“We are very excited to hold another intrasquad scrimmage game for our fans and help raise funds for the 100 Club of Arizona,” said Co-Owner and Chairman of the Arizona Coyotes Foundation Dave Duckett. “We are confident that a large number of our fans will attend this game to support the families of those men and women who stand behind the badge.”
The Coyotes will also be auctioning off autographed jerseys worn by players during the game. Fans can also donate online or by texting “Coyotes” to 68494.
A Teddy Bear Toss will take place after the game. Fans are encouraged to bring in new teddy bears to throw on the ice once the game is over. The bears will be collected and given to the Glendale Police and Fire Departments to comfort children at crime scenes and accidents.
The game will also feature a 50/50 Raffle benefiting the 100 Club and a pre-game ceremony honoring the fallen law enforcement officers of the past year.
