The NHL announced Thursday it has cancelled games through October 24 due to the lockout, meaning the first two weeks of the season have been wiped out.

Included in the carnage are four Phoenix Coyotes games:

Oct. 13 vs. Dallas
Oct. 16 at Dallas
Oct. 18 vs. Calgary
Oct. 20 vs. Anaheim

According to the league, "the cancellation was necessary because of the absence of a Collective Bargaining Agreement between the NHL Players' Association and the NHL."

    It's OK
I'll be earning 5% "Coyotes Cash" for each game that I miss on my season ticket. I'll end up rich. Then, I'll buy the Coyotes and personally do the interviews for the "Paw Patrol"... Everything is cool and it won't be long until the most exciting team in Phoenix will be back on the ice playing the game with me as it's owner with the Paw Patrol under my personal supervision.
