Arizona Diamondbacks prospect, shortstop Chris Owings of the Triple-A Reno Aces, had a night to remember on Tuesday.

Owings hit three home runs in his first three at-bats to lead the Aces to a 7-4 victory over Fresno. Owings went 4-for-4 on the night with five RBIs and three home runs.

Just last Tuesday, Owings was selected to the 15th annual SiriusXM All-Star U.S. Futures Game at Citi Field in New York.

A top-100 propsect according to, Owings is batting .355 on the season, with 11 home runs and a team-leading 63 RBIs. Owings ranks in the top 10 in most offensive categories among Pacific Coast League hitters this season.
