Hunker down Phoenix Suns fans. It sounds as if Alridge Watch 2015 could last a little while longer.
Following a round of meetings with the Miami Heat, Los Angeles Lakers and Portland Trailblazers on Thursday night, along with the San Antonio Spurs maneuvering for a second meeting with free agent forward LaMarcus Aldridge Friday, the four-time All-Star has given no indication he is any closer to a decision as the July 4 weekend approaches.
In fact, according to a tweet from Arizona Sports 98.7 FM‘s John Gambadoro, a final decision from Aldridge may still be a few days away.
Just got this text from a player in the know “Nothing yet.. Said he is gonna take a few days to decide”

The good news for Phoenix? The Suns have reportedly “solidified” themselves as the frontrunners for Aldridge’s services alongside the San Antonio Spurs according to Yahoo! Sports NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski.

Wojnarowski’s tweet falls in lock step with information received Thursday revealing the Suns and Spurs have distanced themselves from other free agent suitors that have pursued Aldridge this offseason.
