The Heat picked up Dragic in a deadline day trade with the Phoenix Suns after the veteran had voiced frustration with his role and the Suns front office.
In 26 games following the trade, Dragic averaged 16.6 points and 5.3 assists per game for Miami, who missed the playoffs with a 37-45 record.
The deal reportedly has a player option following year four.
