Arizona Cardinals’ Patrick Peterson a semifinalist to be on Madden cover

May 4, 2015, 9:14 PM | Updated: 10:09 pm

Patrick Peterson could be gracing the cover of the next installment in the Madden NFL video game series.

The Arizona Cardinals cornerback is one of four semifinalists for the honor, joining the New York Giants’ Odell Beckham, Jr., New England Patriots’ Rob Gronkowski and the Pittsburgh Steelers’ Antonio Brown

The only defensive player in the running, Peterson has been to four Pro Bowls in four NFL seasons. The former number five overall pick out of LSU has picked off 15 passes in his career and has become one of the faces of not only the Cardinals franchise, but the NFL as a whole.

Click here to vote for Peterson (or one of the other three, if you wish).

If chosen, Peterson would be the second Cardinal to be on the cover of the game. Back in 2009, Larry Fitzgerald joined Troy Polomalu on the cover of Madden 10.
