Bruce Arians says Patrick Peterson is healthy, should’ve scored on blocked FG

It’s no secret three-time Pro Bowl cornerback Patrick Peterson hasn’t seemed quite himself for the majority of the 2014 season.
Arizona Cardinals coach Bruce Arians has defended Peterson, noting the team’s 2011 first-round pick has been dealing with undisclosed medical issues that limited him on the field.
But those issues are apparently behind Peterson, and it showed Sunday when he locked down star wide receiver Dez Bryant in the Cardinals’ 28-17 win at the Dallas Cowboys.
“Pat’s been going through some things but he is back full tilt right now, and I look to see him play like that from here on out,” Arians told Bickley and Marotta on Arizona Sports 98.7 FM Monday.
“They were health things, and that’s between him and his doctors. But everything is straight and he’s in great hands and in good shape now, and I would like to see him play like that (regularly).”
