Could Arizona Cardinals play in London in 2014?

Next season, the NFL will host three games in London.
According to NationalFootballPost.com, the Atlanta Falcons, Jacksonville Jaguars and Oakland Raiders will each have a “home game” across the pond.
Their respective opponents have not yet been determined, though it is possible the Arizona Cardinals will be one of them.
The Cards are already set to play a road game against the Raiders, and they’re also scheduled to visit the NFC South team that finishes in the same spot of the standings as the Cardinals do in the NFC West, which could ultimately be the Falcons.
