New Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians is busy filling out his staff, and it appears he’s going to dip into the collegiate ranks to find a tight ends coach.
According to CoachingSearch.com, Arians has offered the job to Austin Peay head coach Rick Christophel.
Christophel has been with the school since 2007 and has compiled a 20-46 record. Before that he had spent time in various coaching positions at a multitude of stops.
If Christophel accepts the job he will replace Freddie Kitchens, who will be Arizona’s quarterbacks coach.
