Arizona Cardinals' vice president of player personnel Steve Keim figures to be a hot commodity to contend for one of the NFL's general manager vacancies.

ESPN's Adam Schefter tweeted Keim is set to meet with the San Diego Chargers to interview for their general manager opening.

There are also reports Keim is on the short list of candidates for the Cleveland Browns' GM job.

Keim has been with the Cardinals' organization since 1990, when he came on board as a regional scout. He also served as director of player personnel before being promoted to his current role in May 2012.

In my honest opinion, I think he and Graves are the reason for a abhorrent offensive and Whiz's dismissal. Since becoming big chief of player personal 2008 or even director of college scouting in 2006, these are the Cardinals offensive picks; 2006-Leinart, Lutui, Leonard Pope, 2007- Levi Brown, Buster Davis, Breaston, Ben Patrick, 2008- Doucet, Brandon Keith, Hightower, 2009- Beanie, Herman Johnson, LSH, 2010-Andre, Skelton, Dray, 2011-Williams, Housler, Sherman, Sampson, 2012 is unfair to judge just yet.

Outside of Breaston, LSH, Andre, so far Housler and Sherman he has been absolutely terrible at eyeing offensive talent in the draft and it has come to head. Credit to his work on defense but 5-11 is what great defense and no offense gets you. LET HIM GO, HE DESERVES WHAT KEN GOT!!!

Let's clean house of all old personalities and methodologies. Is Reid the answer? Not sure but he would know something about how to put together an organization.
