Former MLB outfielder Tim Salmon is selling his luxury forest retreat in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty is listing the log cabin home for $3,999,000.
Salmon enjoyed a 15-year with the Los Angeles Angels after attending Greenway High School and Grand Canyon University. He purchased the Flagstaff property in 2001.
The 6,400-square-foot home sits on more than 1.4 acres of tall pines and fairways in the exclusive Forest Highlands Golf Club. The cabin features six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, two game rooms and a four-car garage.
The home also boast a private patio outside the master suite, as well as a center-island chef’s kitchen and a covered patio with a built-in barbeque, wet bar and fire pit.
“As soon as you walk in, you can tell that the builders paid extensive attention to every detail in this cabin,” said listing agent Mary Mendoza of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty. “The living room is lined with knotted and hand carved wood, and features a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, along with a vaulted ceiling. Not only will a potential buyer love the craftsmanship, but the views of the San Francisco Peaks from this property are breathtaking.”
