Ice Bites: Where would the Coyotes host an outdoor NHL game?

If you somehow missed the news, the Phoenix Coyotes have informed the National Hockey League that they are prepared to host an outdoor hockey game.

I know the weather would be a concern, but given the temperatures over the past few weeks, I think it would be fine.

But my biggest concern is where the game would be played, should the league decide to take up the offer. There are three major stadiums that come to mind that could host the game. I would love to see it held at one of the venues, but I’m pretty sure that it’s a lock for elsewhere in the Valley. And that’s a shame.
