Coyotes staying, Gretzky selling

Is it coincidence that on the same day the Glendale City Council approved a lease agreement that will keep the Phoenix Coyotes in the Valley (for at least five years), former ‘Yotes coach and part owner Wayne Gretzky is selling?
His home, that is.
Gretzky’s 5,619-square-foot Scottsdale estate has four bedrooms (all with their own bathroom), a guest casita and a resort-quality swimming pool.
The price tag? A cool $3.395 million.
If you’ve got the means, we say this house is a “great one.”
