Desert Mountain will try to bounce back from a season-opening loss Friday night when the Wolves open their 2013 home season against Notre Dame Prep. The Saints began the year on a high note last week with a 24-7 victory over Betty Fairfax at Scottsdale Community College. Senior quarterback Thomas Lehman threw for three touchdowns in about a 4 1/2-minute span of the second quarter to lead Notre Dame to the win. Kyle Allen, the senior signal caller for the Wolves, accounted for almost 300 yards of total offense and his team's lone score in a 13-6 road loss to Brophy Prep a week ago. Kickoff between the Wolves and the Saints is set for 7pm at Desert Mountain High School.
